We read the enquiry and identify the most relevant product or team member.

If a detail would improve the quotation, we ask one focused follow-up question.

Once the programme is clear, we prepare a written quotation and discuss samples where helpful.

Product, artwork, order and production details can then be developed together.
COMMERCIAL INFORMATION
International enquiries
Helego-label or unbranded: The usual starting point is one full pallet or USD 5,000 in product value.
Private label: USD 10,000 for private-label essentials; USD 15,000 with custom paper hang tags; USD 20,000 with selected custom plastic blister packaging.
Samples: Once the relevant article is identified, the buyer normally arranges or covers courier costs.
Preferred terms: FOB Bangkok. FOB Laem Chabang and CIF can also be discussed.
Thailand enquiries
Standard orders: Trial orders can begin from THB 4,000.
Samples: THB 500 plus delivery. The THB 500 sample charge is credited against the first order when it proceeds.
